What is FinnPermit Guide?

FinnPermit Guide is a free AI assistant that answers questions about Finnish immigration, Kela benefits, DVV registration, tax, documents, customs, and workers' rights. All answers are sourced exclusively from official Finnish government websites: migri.fi, kela.fi, vero.fi, dvv.fi, infofinland.fi, poliisi.fi, tulli.fi, and tyosuojelu.fi.

How does it work?

When you ask a question, FinnPermit Guide searches a knowledge base built by crawling official Finnish government websites, ranks the passages that actually answer your question, and writes an answer using only those passages — with links to every page it drew on. It is instructed never to rely on the model's own knowledge of immigration law, which goes out of date. If the official sources do not cover your question, it says so and points you at the authority that can answer it, rather than guessing.

Privacy
